Many of you have heard that Platter’s Chocolates has made the decision not to continue their wholesale distribution. Since our move to the Wurlitzer Building in November of 2016, Platter’s has experienced tremendous growth. While we are thrilled with this development, our Manufacturing facility has been running at full capacity and our choices to increase production are limited without compromising quality.

After an intense evaluation, we have decided to exclusively produce our Chocolates for our own retail store, located at the Platter’s Chocolate Factory, at 908 Niagara Falls Blvd in the historical Wurlitzer Building in North Tonawanda NY, along with online sales at platterschocolates.com.

This was a very difficult decision, and we apologize for the any inconvenience. We hope that you will come see us at what’s being called the “Sweetest Destination in WNY”! We have public viewing areas, an Ice Cream and Coffee Café and of course, our famous Chocolates! We also provide guided tours for groups of 20 or more!
