During the warmer months of the year, the temperatures across the U.S. pose a threat to shipping chocolates without causing damage. In order to insure that your chocolate reaches it's destination in good condition, we accompany every package with a re-usable ice pack.

From October through March, available shipping options include ground delivery, 2nd Day or Next Day Air. Options for shipment to warm weather states (including AL, AR, AZ, CA, FL, GA, HI, LA, MS, NM, NV, SC, TN and TX) require 2nd Day and Next Day Air.

From May to September, available shipping options within New York State include ground delivery, 2nd Day or Next Day Air. Shipment to all other states is handled by 2nd Day or Next Day Air.

Regardless of the season, we suggest that someone be available at the address on the expected delivery day (Recommendation: Shipment to a business address).

	Signature Required Option We recommend this option if your delivery is not being shipped to a location that will have someone physically receive it. By choosing this option, UPS will only leave your delivery with someone who will sign for it and hold it for you.
