When people hear “Platter’s Chocolate Factory,” they usually think of our famous sponge candy and signature orange chocolate — and I totally get it! Those iconic treats have been making people smile for generations.

But here’s something not everyone knows, tucked inside our chocolate wonderland is a hidden gem that’s just as delicious — our in-house bakery. And let me tell you, it’s become one of my favorite parts of what we do.

There’s nothing like walking through the factory in the morning and catching that warm, sweet smell of cinnamon and brown sugar in the air — that’s when you know a fresh batch of our beloved cinnamon rolls is in the works. (If you know, you know.)

From our golden everything scones and soft blueberry muffins to fudgy brownies, ooey gooey bars, and homestyle cookies that taste like home, everything is baked right here with the same love and attention-to-detail that goes into our chocolate. Our shortbread cookies melt in your mouth, and our cake pops? Don’t even get me started — beautifully decorated, perfectly portioned, and the ideal bite of cake and frosting wrapped in a chocolatey shell. These are offered in Funfetti, Red Velvet, Oreo, and of course, Orange Chocolate. It is so hard to pick just one!

And I shout out my personal go to - the spinach feta scone. It’s the perfect savory treat when I need something satisfying to get me through the day. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out.

The best part? Our bakers are always experimenting with new flavors and seasonal treats — so every visit could surprise you with something freshly baked and totally crave-worthy.
